Nowruz Festival Den Haag

Nowruz Festival is the closure event of Nowruz in The Hague on the 5th of April 2020. It is celebrated with musicians, poets, writers, dancers and food and drinks from all over Central Asia. Headliners include the famous Neyenban player Saeid Shanbehzadeh from South-Iran, the Afghan musician Ilyas Nadjafi with an extraordinary combination of Dhrupad, Gazal and Qawwali songs and poets amongst others Kawa Nemir (James Joyce translator) and Ofran Badakshani. These and many more will perform for you in the Nieuwe Kerk in The Hague on the 5th of April. Tickets (€ 20) are sold online via www.nowruz-denhaag.nl
